Just 30 minutes from Bordeaux city centre, Château La Garde opens the doors of its estate for weddings and private events, offering a unique and refined setting in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan appellation. Every wedding is thoughtfully tailored to suit each couple’s wishes and the style of their celebration.

Stunning gardens and vineyards for an outdoor ceremony

The gardens of Château La Garde provide the perfect backdrop for an outdoor wedding ceremony or reception. Couples can enjoy several different spaces, each designed to suit the atmosphere and rhythm of their special day.

Surrounded by nature, the vineyard setting creates a truly unforgettable experience, with 56 hectares of vines and remarkable natural scenery.

Should the weather be less favourable, elegant indoor spaces are also available, including the Salon Cassini and the Salon Mosaïc, which can host certain parts of the celebration.

Le Cuvier Asteries: a spectacular venue for dinner and dancing

Le Cuvier Asteries welcomes guests into a contemporary and characterful setting. Between the rows of vats, the interplay of light and the modern architecture of the space create a unique atmosphere, blending the world of wine with a true sense of celebration.

Designed in keeping with the identity of Château La Garde, the vat room reflects the estate’s commitment to innovation at the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyard.

With its 300 m² reception space, the venue can accommodate up to 300 guests for a cocktail reception and 250 guests for a seated dinner.

An intimate setting for smaller weddings

Château La Garde also offers the Salon Cassini, a more intimate 70 m² space complemented by a 60 m² terrace.

This bright and elegant setting, surrounded by greenery, is particularly well suited to more intimate weddings, with a capacity of up to 60 guests. It can also be used as a dedicated children’s area during the reception.

Accommodation for an extended wedding celebration

The estate also offers several on-site accommodation options, allowing the bride and groom and their guests to enjoy the weekend to the fullest.

Within the Chartreuse, Château La Garde offers:

• The Terrasse Suite
• The Mosaïc Suite
• The Grandeur Nature bedroom

An adjoining house at the rear of the château can also be rented, offering 18 additional beds and increasing the total accommodation capacity of the property to 26 guests.

A partner château located just a few hundred metres from the estate can also accommodate guests.

Exclusive hire of the estate for the entire weekend

The Château La Garde wedding package includes exclusive hire of the entire estate from Friday afternoon at 2 pm until Sunday at 1 pm, excluding Saturday evening.

The package notably includes:

• Access to the Cuvier Asteries for dinner during the harvest season, from August to November
• Gardens and outdoor furniture
• The Salon Cassini and the Salon Mosaïc in case of rain
• Access to the Chartreuse for brunches and breakfast gatherings
• Household linen provided
• Security staff on site until 4 am

The starting rate is €6,500 including VAT.

To ensure every wedding reflects the couple’s vision, Château La Garde works with a carefully curated selection of trusted partners: caterers, photographers, musicians, florists and wedding planners.

Couples are also welcome to work with their own suppliers if they wish.
