Château La Garde joins Atout France and strengthens its visibility in wine tourism

Château La Garde has become a member of Atout France, the agency responsible for promoting France as a destination internationally. This membership marks a new step for the estate in expanding the reach of its wine tourism activities and in its ambition to introduce the terroir of Pessac-Léognan to an ever wider audience.

Recognition for the estate’s wine tourism offering

Atout France brings together nearly 1,200 tourism stakeholders across a wide range of sectors: accommodation, transport, gastronomy, heritage and entertainment. By joining this network, Château La Garde becomes part of a collective dynamic aimed at showcasing French tourism experiences and strengthening their international visibility.

This membership also reflects the broader development of wine tourism in the Bordeaux region, a rapidly growing sector driven by visitors’ curiosity for terroirs, craftsmanship and the culture of wine.

Discover the Pessac-Léognan vineyard at Château La Garde

Located just outside Bordeaux, Château La Garde offers a collection of tours and tastings designed to help visitors better understand the unique characteristics of its terroir and appellation. Guests can walk through the 54 hectares of surrounding vineyards and nature, explore the ultra-modern winery and discover the different stages involved in crafting the estate’s wines.

The experience continues with guest rooms located in the château’s former chartreuse, offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature, just 25 minutes from the city.

Château La Garde also hosts seminars, meetings, team-building events, cocktail receptions and dinners for up to 300 guests. From the winery and the lounge overlooking the vineyards to the meeting rooms and outdoor spaces, the estate offers a unique setting for both professional and private events.
